He should be. He had time format a plan to get and keep our streets cleared. Now our streets are still dangerous to get around on. If the little town of Clayton and clear their street so should Harrington. It is too late NOW to try and get streets cleared when people are already and needed to get out and about on Sunday due to jobs or emergencies. The snow is packed and hard. If the snow was plowed early Saturday morning, as early as 6:00 a.m. they would have stood a chance to keep streets cleared. If the crew had continued on to other parts of the city and neighborhoods  and then returned to their starting points and the kelp the cycle going all day we would have clear streets. I almost had an accident today. That is NUTS!! It is Wed!! And now we have more snow coming!!

I cannot believe there are not more people that are not upset about this. Come on!! Time for new blood with BETTER ideas to get on board!!

This could quite possibly be the dumbest post I have ever read.  So how's that working out for you propwash?  I'm sure the mayor is really scared right now (not)!

If they can clear streets in other towns it should be done here. God forbid if there is a serious emergency!!

Someone should have been clearing each street a number of times to prevent having to NOW try and move HUGE amounts of snow and ice at one time. I shoveled my drive several times today (Saturday) so that I would not have to move huge amounts at one time. Yes it was tiring, but I will not be like a lot of folks who are literally buried. My driveway is clear so I am going to enjoy the Super Bowl tomorrow. The city of Harrington should have thought about that a few days ago and had personnel camped out at the yard ready to start plowing when the snow reached a few inches, and walla, in several passes over the snow fall period, the streets would be passable. It is common since. THIS is the way I would have ordered the operation. There would have been one or two personnel working one shift working full tilt boogie, one in each plow. There would be one or two personnel working the night shift doing the same thing. This storm was predicted for days and a street clearing plan should have been implemented.

This city needs a new management team. I'm applying. It's time for the old paradigm regime, good ol boys and gals, "this is the way we have done things for 50 years" folks to move on and let new blood in. New blood with new and better ideas to run things.
