Straight out of the gate, our new Town Solicitor has determined that the term "free standing political signs" includes ones attached to houses and fences. I shutter to think how far Don Post and George Dickerson had to shop to make sure our new attorney represents the opinion of the Mayor and Town Manager: Ordinances be d**ned! Another example of a poor use of our taxpayer money.
The Town of Milton needs a change; a breath of fresh air. Vote on March 6th for new leadership. Vote CLIFF NEWLANDS FOR MAYOR.

Well we have a new attorney, so I hear. who is the firm annointed by Don? why was this appoinment made in secret. An executive session was not called in this case.
the new Mayor & council members will have a great deal on their plate. to review the shenanigans of the town staff & Post, a dedicated town attorney that will represent the taxpayer is at the top of the list of must haves.
my guess is that Duby & Brown will continue to thwart the will of the towns people. And continue to support GD,DP etal.
VOTE NEWLANDS!!

Someone needs to look into some problems the former attorney may have.

The rumor mill has John Brady back in contention for town attorney. Remember folks, this is the lawyer that drafted the Key Venture deal & most damaging to this town, the town manager contract.
We, the residents are about to be taken to the cleaners once again if he is appointed.

Ms. Fox did not thank the rest of the Council because she has no more manners then she does legal good sense. She made way too much money at the expense of the Milton taxpayers to be so ungracious. It is good that she's gone. Now the Town Manager just has to whip one of his new lawyer friends into shape once he bargains for their services in Milton. Fools all of them!

Well, well the eminent attorney has quit. She is movimg on professionally, whatever that means. I guess Milton is the pts when it comes to client representation.Ms Fox also makes it quite clear as to her & her firms stand on the police chief hearing.
Fox thanks Brown, Duby, Post ,GD & the gang in the town office. absolutely no mention of the other council members. is that a coincidence? I think not.
the resignation letter clearly reflects her bias in town matters.
i just cannot wrap my head around "moving on professionally" does this mean she is attending law school?
